Problems with logging in can occur for one of the following reasons:
In case you have forgotten your login password, you can follow the password recovery procedure:
- Go to the Password reset page.
- Enter the phone number linked to your account and click "Reset password".
- You will be prompted to enter a new password. If you do so, you will receive a confirmation message code to the specified phone number. Please enter it in the corresponding field and click "Confirm". If all the data is correct, the password will be successfully changed and you will be automatically logged in.
Failure to log in to the company account (for company employees only)
The problem may occur if your employer (company owner) has denied access to the system or removed you from the employee list. Contact your employer to regain access.
Forgotten password and phone number
If your employer was the one who registered you in the system as an employee:
- Check with him/her what phone number your account was registered to. You can find the employee list on the Settings -> Company Access page.
- Next, follow the password reset procedure.
